At Tupare Gardens there is a house.The house is where Russell Mathews and his Family lived.Russell Mathews and James Chapman Taylor built the house and it took them a total of 12 years to build.James Chapman Taylor was the designer and Russell Mathews built the house.Russell Mathews lived there with Mary Mathews[his wife] and their children Jill,John,Elizabeth.
